Returns

Our lorry mats and boot protectors are manufactured using high-quality automotive materials. Great care is taken by our skilled machinists to ensure each product is made correctly. The workmanship is checked throughout the manufacturing process and a final quality check takes place before the product is packed. All our products are bespoke and made to order.

Subject to our standard terms and conditions of supply, we will not accept a return of these Bespoke Products, unless they are not what you ordered or are faulty or damaged on arrival. As all our products are made to order and not stocked.

Returns of bespoke products

in some cases, we might be able to accept a return. Unless we are at fault and in breach of the contract between you and us, you will need to pay the costs of returning the products to us. We advise you to return products using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any products lost in transit. Please include in your parcel, your order number, name, contact details, the make, model, and year of your vehicle, and the reasons for the return when returning the products to us.

Where you return a product to us and we are not at fault or, otherwise in breach of the contract between you and us, you will be refunded the full amount of the product and the original cost of delivery minus 50%, once your item is back with us.

If you want to exchange the product for a different model or year you will be charged a 50% fee for the new product to be made and shipped to you. You will also have to return your original product and pay for the return postage.

All returns must be unused and undamaged. All returns will be inspected once received and if the product is damaged or used a refund will not be issued.

Please note that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you do not have a general right to return Bespoke Products, where we are not at fault.

Refunds

Please allow 14 days for refunds to be made to your debit/credit card or PayPal account after the date upon which we receive the products you have returned to us. Please also note that where you are returning the products to us as a result of any issues with the products, you will need to provide us with photographic evidence of the alleged issues at the time or report the issue to us. We will not process any refunds until we receive the photographic evidence.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on (Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm). You can email support@boot-skinz.com, however we are not guaranteed to pick your email up before the order has been processed.

We will do everything we can to change or cancel your order before it goes into manufacture however this is not always possible. If your order has already been manufactured, then a reasonable restocking fee may apply to take into account any costs incurred by us in manufacturing the product for you. Please note, that orders enter production the day after you have placed it, if you have not contacted us in the first 24 hours to cancel your order a reasonable restocking fee will apply.
